June, Colorado

Following up to a birthday trip, a group of friends and I made a plan to make a 10-hour drive straight from Denton to Colorado Springs. The entire journey treated us to some interesting circumstances, and unique views of the mountain ranges that some of us had never witnessed before. The following are a collection of photographs made during a trail walk we took during our stay. I, for one, had very little experience with landscape photography priorly, but being able to stand in the presence of such colossal formations put into perspective everything I thought I knew about the rest of the world outside of mine, and my only regret was not being able to stay longer.
